Zackary was so knowledgeable and just the nicest guy! He was so patient, sweet and didn’t get frustrated(with my many many questions) explaining all the new things on my car. Even invited me to come back for coffee and questions I need answered weekly! There was nothing but friendly, polite people at this dealership. I would highly recommend Ada Nissan!
I'm tired of being given an estimate of over $800 for a simple oil change. Many of the services that I'm told I "need" are things I can either do myself or get done for free. For example, many dealerships rotate tires free of charge, yet Ada Nissan offers to do the service for $24.99. If you want to build good customer service and make your customers feel valued, follow the lead of other dealerships and offer this service free of charge. Many of the other services are not necessary but a way to gouge the pocketbook of your customers. Shame on you.
Kory helped my mother-in-law and father-in-law purchase a new car. My FIL has to use a walker and they live at Baptist Village, so Kory went above and beyond and brought 2 different cars out to them to check out. They drove them around the parking lot and he explained everything patiently to these 2 elderly and hard of hearing senior citizens. He is so friendly and knowledgeable. It took them over a week to decide, but he was patient and kept asking if there was anything that he could help us with. He got all the paperwork ready before we got there to sign so they wouldn't have to wait long. He is as good as it gets! You should definitely go see him.
From the first visit to driving home in our new vehicle our salesman Kory was patient and helpful. Never felt pushed or uncomfortable. Kory was very thorough educating us on our new vehicle and it's options. All staff was polite and helpful. Finance was quick and painless.
